How do I return my purchase?

  • Divano Lounge is dedicated to providing good customer support. If you wish to return an item(s), please send an email to info@divanolounge.cn We kindly ask you to include your purchase order number so we can find your order details most conveniently.
  • If you are not satisfied with our products, you can return the new and unused products together with the original invoice to the store where you made your purchase within 10 days from the date of purchase.
  • We cannot accept the exchange or return of previously assembled, open packaging or damaged items, discounted display items. all tags, certificates, warranties, care instructions, product labeling, are intact and returned together with the merchandise.
  • Please note that customers are responsible for all the fees involved in returning items. return packages remain the responsibility of the customer until it is received by Divano Lounge.
  • Divano Lounge reserves the final right to interpret the terms and conditions herein.

What are your warranty terms and conditions?

Divano Lounge warrants all goods for three years under normal usage, to be free from defects in material and workmanship. Divano Lounge’s liability under this warranty is to repair or replace (at its discretion) any part or product covered by this (or any implied) warranty free of charge.

How long is your warranty?

All Divano Lounge products are backed by a three-year warranty.
